How to reach us

From the Indian border in far west Nepal

Coming from India, the first border town in Nepal, Mahendrannagar, can be reached on an overnight bus from Delhi. Buses from Mahendranagar go east and you can get off at Ambasa, the junction where a rough road heads 13 km south towards Thakudwara, the village at the National park where you will find our Jungle Base Camp.

From Pokhara

Direct buses leave for Bardia from Pokhara. There are two long buses which can drop you at Ambasa,(to reach Bardia)
1 One bus is the Mahendranagar bus
2 The other bus is the Dhangadi bus
Both buses leave early afternoon from Pokhara main bus station, and arrive in Ambasa after midnight.

From Kathmandu.
